As the third layer of COVID-19 rises, therefore Punjab University has postponed all written and practical examinations for the year 2021. Not only Punjab University, but also many other prestigious universities have delayed their exams amid COVID-19. For every institute, their first priority is to save their students from this dangerous virus.
According to the official PU statement, all written and practical exams of PU scheduled from 30 March postponed with immediate effect. The next date of exams announced two weeks before exams. The reason for the postponement of exams is that students protested and blocked the main road outside the New Campus. They demanded to cancel the exams in view of the prevailing Coronavirus situation across the country. Hence, PU approve their request and decided to cancel the exams
