The University of Punjab issued the latest notification regarding the public holiday. According to the report, we are glad to inform all that the University of Punjab officially announces the public holiday on the occasion of Pakistan Day. Therefore, the university will remain closed on March 23, 2022 (Wednesday). Punjab University is a well-known public sector university, offering world-class quality education to the students. Every year, they offer admission to various degree programs. The University of Punjab announced this notification on twitter. Earlier, the Federal government also announced a public holiday on Pakistan Day. However, they announced four consecutive holidays due to the OIC meeting.
Not only in Punjab but also the government of Sindh announced a public holiday on the occasion of Pakistan Day. The government of Pakistan announces a public holiday every year on March 23 to commemorate Pakistan Day. On this day, in 1940, the Lahore Resolution passed.
