Quaid-e-Azam University Remain Closed Due to COVID-19 Cases

According to the news, one of the well-known universities, Quaid-e-Azam University Islamabad, is going to close due to the coronavirus cases. The cases of coronavirus are rapidly increasing day by day. Therefore the administration of Quaid-e-Azam University decided to shut down the university on 26th October 2020. The campus will remain closed and conduct online classes today. Moreover, the discussion of disclosing the hostel residents, day scholars, faculty, or staff members is under the suggestion.

A number of people in Islamabad have tested positive for coronavirus. Therefore, Quaid-e-Azam University, after seeing the rise in cases of coronavirus, decides to shut down the university. Some of the significant areas of Islamabad where people testing positive for the virus have been sealed and conduct smart lockdowns on those areas. Approximately 186 people tested positive on Saturday while 157 people tested positive for Coronavirus on Sunday.
