There was news about modifications in the CSS policies. According to that news, the age limit of CSS candidates was reduced to 28 years from 30 years and also 28 years from 32 years. And also some changings in the quota policies were mentioned.

But all those rumors have been rejected by the Advisor to Prime Minister on Institutional reforms and Austerity Dr Ishrat Hussain. He has refuted from any such claims. He mentioned that no change has been made in CSS policies for both the regular candidates of CSS and Government servants.
This news was already susceptible as there was not any official notification. And now it is confirmed that the age reduction news for the CSS candidates was fake and there is no such news. So, the candidates are advised not to focus on such rumors and concentrate on the preparation of the CSS exam.
