Ed-Tech a vital Part of Education Policy
Recently, in a meeting, the Federal education minister talked about the education policy 2021 and its importance. Shafqat Mahmood stated that for the new education policy, ED-Tch would be a core part of it. In this regard, he chaired a meeting with the owner of the ED-Tech Industry.
He also said that the ministry would launch the new policy soon with the collaboration of the World bank. However, during the meeting, he discussed the importance of technology in the education field.
About this topic, he stated that we would make the Ed-TEch system enjoyable for the students. Thus, students will be able to learn things with joy and in a productive manner. Thus, he emphasized the use of the latest technology in the Education field so that students will be able to know about the latest trends.
However, about launching a project with the world bank, he said that this project is related to online content development. Thus it will also help the Pakistan Ed-Tech Industry.
National Single Curriculum
During the meeting, Shafqat Mahmood said that the government decided to include Computer Science in National Curriculum from Class 6-8. However, the government also decided to provide training to the teachers to teach the students properly.
