On 17 October 2020, Sindh Education Department launched a program for youth, YEEEP (Youth Education, Employment, and Empowerment ) program. SEF launched this YEEEP Programs with the collaboration of United Nations Development Programs (UNDP). The Sindh chief minister, Murad Ali Shah, also approved this program. YEEEP program is to educate and employ 15,000 in the province by which youth will get lots of benefits.
There is also news that the Sindh Government has launched the first project under the YEEEP Program on Saturday. The project was launched in a meeting of the Steering Committee. The Secretary of the Sindh Planning and Development Department chaired the meeting on Saturday. The secretary of the Sindh School Education and Literacy Department also attended the steering committee meeting.
The UNDP representatives also briefly elaborated on the project and their annual work plan to make the project successful. In the discussion, SEF also ensures them on the approval and implementation of discussed activities.
Hopefully, this YEEEP program will proceed adequately and will be helpful for the youth of Sindh. The government also said that they would try their best to make this program successful.
