On Thursday, the government of Sindh announced the winter vacation in all over the province. According to the details, the Sindh Education and Literacy Department (SELD) clearly notified that schools and colleges will remain closed from 20th December 2021 to 1st January 2022. The decision took place in the recent education department’s meeting, chaired by the Sindh Education Minister, Syed Sardar Ali Shah. However, the school will reopen from 3rd January 2022. Just like Sindh Province, Balochistan government also announced the closure of schools from 15th December 2021 for winter vacations.

The winter season has started and now the assessments start in various schools and colleges. After the conduction of assessment, the government ordered schools to shut down according to the issued schedule. This notification is applicable for all Sindh concerned departments.
