As you all know that schools from Grade 1 to 8 will reopen from 1st February 2021. Therefore, Sindh Education Minister in a recent press conference in Karachi clearly stated to all educational institutes not to promote children to the next class after the examination. They strictly advised not to promote students without holding examinations. Not only this, but Saeed Ghani also ordered not to conduct exams in a hurry. To protect students from Covid-19, the government issued some guidelines which every student and staff should follow after school reopening. It is mandatory that only 50% of students will attend the class and the rest of 50% will take classes next days.
Moreover, they also addressed that the school’s syllabus has already been reduced. Hence, there is no need to reduce more. Saeed Ghani conducted this meeting among the Steering Committee of the Education Department, Secretary Education, Secretary Colleges Sindh, representatives of school associations.
