SED Educators Pay Protection
The Supreme Court of Pakistan issued a notification regarding the pay protection of School Education Department Educators. The court issued a notification according to the decision of a hearing on 08 February 2021. Thus, below is the order of the Supreme Court of Pakistan regarding this matter.
During the hearing, for the petitioners, Addl. A.G. submitted a petition that respondents got appointed in 2000 on a contract basis. The department regularized its services in 2009. However, the department realized them on their initial pay. Other than that, petitioners also stated that as not adding increment into salary and converting that into personal allowances, the respondent employees’ terms and conditions of services affected adversity because they couldn’t enjoy the financial benefits they would have.

Thus, on this, the court stated that we have reviewed the SED clause 06 and called it harsh and offendable to the rights of livelihood and dignity. However, below is the complete order of the Supreme court so you can read the complete details.
