Rationalization 2020 phase-II
The School Education Department had started the rationalization of teachers. Some days ago, SED rationalized the school teachers of some districts in Phase-I.
Now, SED started the Phase-II of rationalization for the teachers of remaining districts. The purpose of rationalization is to resolve the issues regarding excess or shortage of teachers in Punjab schools.
So from here, you can get the detailed lists of rationalized teachers of all districts. We will provide you with the list of each region in PDF format. So, you can easily download it.
Rationalized Teachers
The School Education Department rationalized the following teachers under the 2020 policy
- Those teachers who worked in a school for a long time
- If any district has more surplus teachers rather than the required teachers, then the government will rationalize the teachers from those schools in which teachers are more than the students.
- Mostly, senior teachers are getting rationalized
- If a school has two or more than two surplus teachers, then the most senior teachers will the rationalized
- Teachers under the secondary wing may not go under the rationalization process
- In the process of rationalization, the SED provides relaxation to the PET and DM
- The disabled rationalized teacher can also cancel the order by submitting the disability certificate to the CEO office
How to check your name:
If you want to check your name from the rationalization list, then you have to follow the following method
- Open the SIS website (sis.punjab.gov.pk) and click on the Sanctioned posts.
- Then you will see these options. (Districts, Tehsil, Markaz, and school)
- Select your desired option & click on the apply
- Then, you can see teacher requirement as per census 2019
After that, you will see that either your name is in the lost or not.
Note
According to news, SED has sent the data of the transferred teachers to the new schools through the SIS system. The government also asked the rationalized teachers to join the new schools immediately.
