Teachers Union Demands Not to Open School
According to the details, Punjab Teachers Union has demanded the government not to open primary and middle schools. Chairman PTU Sajjad Akbar Kazmi said that the implementation of Corona SOPs for students from prep to eighth is not difficult but impossible. Punjab Teachers Union says that primary and middle schools should not be opened. Corona SOPs are easy to create, and no one implements them. Chairman Punjab Teachers Union Sajjad Akbar Kazmi said that in the current situation, the number of corona patients is increasing day by day.
General Secretary Rana Liaquat Ali said that people are not implementing Corona SOPs in markets, markets, shopping malls, public transport, and roads. He further said, that how can SOPs be implemented in schools? Students cannot be provided with daily masks and sanitizers.
Many students and parents could be infected with the coronavirus and extreme heat if educational institutions are opened. Doctors and experts are also pointing out the danger. If such a situation arises, it will not be easy to deal with.
