A few days ago, Punjab Chief Minister Usman Buzdar visited Pakpattan and gave some news projects’ statements. During his visit, he announced constructing the Baba Farid University in Pakpattan district on a priority basis. He issued this statement after seeing the development projects’ progress. Usman Buzdar not only announced to construct the university but also ordered the authorities to find the land.
Other than this, he also announced to give the funds of Rs 460 million to the Pakpattan district. He ordered the local government to use this fund for the betterment of people.
Other Projects in Pakpattan:
- CM Punjab Usman Buzdar also announced to make a Gymnasium (Gym) in the district.
- He also ordered to develop a grain market for the Pakpattan district as soon as possible.
- Usman Buzdar also decided to restore the Water Supply Scheme in Malka Hans, a historical town in Pakpattan.
- He stated to make an emergency block, Guinea center, and trauma center in the DHQ hospital.
- The government will also construct the Arifwala Bypass and Burewala to Sahiwal road on a priority basis.
- He also ordered to find land for the Baba Farid Park.
