Disbursement Pay and Pension of Punjab Employees
On 06 MAy 2020, Governor of Punjab issued a notification to disburse Pay& allowances and Pension on 18 May 2020 in advance on account of Eid-ul- Fitr to all government employees and pensioners belong to the Muslim community according to the Rule 5.1(1)f and 5.2(3) Vol.1 of Punjab Finance Rule.
Eid-ul-Fitr will be celebrated on 25 or 26 May, Depending on the Moon Sighting.
As Eid-ul-Fitr is a big event for Muslims, that’s why the Punjab Government decided to give pay and pensions in advance so that employees can be able to but their necessities before the event

It is requested to the finance department to take further necessary action for the disbursement of PAy and Pension on 18 MAy 2020.
