The Punjab government has shared good news for Doctors, Hukama, etc. Punjab government will be granting five to fifty lac interest-free loans to all of them to open their own clinic. Loans of more than 1.75 Arab have already been issued to almost 1600 health professionals. The loan will be granted within 45 days. The facility of the loan without interest is available for the following departments of the health:

- Five lac will be granted to Hukama Dawakhana.
- Twenty- five lac will be granted to Psycho trust.
- Thirty-five lac will be granted to Gynae clinics (OBS).
- Five lac will be granted to Homeopathic Doctor Clinics.
- Twenty-five lac will be granted to Diabetics clinics.
- Thirty-five lac will be granted to Entomologists.
- Five lac will be granted to Lady Health Workers and Midwives.
- Twenty-five lac will be granted to Fertility clinics.
- Three crores and twenty-five lac will be granted to the Family physician or General physician or Doctors of different disciplines.
- Twenty-five lac will be granted to Pharmacists or Pharmacy.
- Thirty-five lac will be granted to Dental clinics.
- Fifty lac will be granted to the Medical laboratory.
- Thirty-five lac will be granted to Dermatologists or Cosmetologists.
- Fifty lac will be granted to the Blood bank.
- Thirty-five lac will be granted to Paediatrics clinics or Medical screening tests clinics in schools.
Instructions or Surety for the loans
- To get a loan of up to 1 Million (in all the above disciplines) a personal warranty is needed.
- To get a loan of more than 1 Million, you need to pledge your property.
