On 10 June 2021, The Higher Education Commission (HEC) announced a SEE LAW test for law graduates of foreign Universities. The SEE-LAW test is compulsory for Foreign universities students to apply for the advocate. Thus, interested applicants can submit the application form by visiting the HEC site (ETC portal). However, the last date to apply for a Law GAT is 25 June 2021.

The SEE-LAW Test is compulsory for those candidates who get the Law degree from foreign universities recognized by HEC/PBC. After this test, they will be able to apply to the Bar Council as an advocate. The SEE-LAE Test will contain MCQs (Objective type paper). However, HEC will conduct the SEE-LAW test of the foreign Graduates on 04 July 2021. 

Centers of SEE-LAW

HEC will conduct the SEE-LAW Test in the federal and provincial capitals. Thus, interested candidates can select their examination center from the given list in the application form. Remember that HEC will not allow you to change the examination center after selection.

SEE-LAW Test 2021 Date

HEC will conduct the test on 04 July 2021 tentatively. However, in case of any changes, the commission will announce it on the HEC website. Other than that, the registered candidates will get their roll number slips from the website a week before the test date.

How to apply for SEE-Law Test 2021

  • Candidates can apply for the SEE-LAW Test 2021 through the given link
  • Candidates have to deposit Rs 5,000 test fees through ATM or online in A/C # 01127900567403, A/C Title, Higher Education Commission Bank, HBL, Branch Code 0112
  • Applicants will post the original deposit slip to the Members’ House, HEC, Sector H-8, Islamabad through a courier.
